Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Qbees Property Solutions (“Qbees”, “we”, “us”). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Qbees provides short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning, linen supply, consumables replenishment, and property management services in metropolitan Melbourne.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• A 10% surcharge applies to townhouses and houses.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• We require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for standard cleans.
• Access to the property must be provided before the first clean.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
• If our team cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Payment

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
• We accept bank transfer and card payments.
• Late payments may attract 2% monthly interest.

6. Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean at no cost.

7. Property Access & Security

• Our team members are police-checked and insured.
• We carry public liability insurance.

8. Damage & Liability

• Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and rectified.
• Our liability is limited to the service fee for the relevant clean.

9. Linens & Consumables

• Linen sets remain property of Qbees unless otherwise agreed.
• Lost or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
